What is Human Trafficking?
“Human trafficking, also known as trafficking in persons, is a crime that involves compelling or coercing a person to provide labor or services, or to engage in commercial sex acts.”
Learning Objectives
Participants will learn about trauma-informed universal screening, key steps in a response protocol, and the identification of community partners that offer services to patients who are or have been trafficked.
